Gym flooring can come in many different forms. Be it turf, rubber, or foam, your gym will be ready to support you through all your workouts, but first, let’s figure out which gym floor is best for you!

Rubber Tiles

Rubber tiles are by far one of the most popular gym flooring options. You can choose between interlocking tiles, which look like puzzle pieces, or straight cut tiles, which look like squares in several thicknesses.

Interlocking tiles are very easy to install. Essentially, your floor becomes a giant puzzle and it’s your job to put the pieces together. Interlocking tiles are great over flat subfloors such as concrete or plywood, whereas 1” thick tiles are great over plush carpet or uneven surfaces. Whatever you choose, your floor will look virtually seamless and very professional.

Rubber Rolls

Rubber rolls are great for easily covering large areas. Available in several thicknesses, all of our rubber rolls are 4’ wide. For lateral movement exercises such as P90X or Insanity, rubber rolls are preferred. Lateral movements can move interlocking tiles, which can create a trip hazard working out. And no one wants that.

Rubber Mats

Rubber mats are typically used as temporary flooring surfaces in both commercial and residential spaces. Our mats come in several different sizes and thicknesses. They are great for anything from yoga to CrossFit. You will often see rubber mats in commercial gyms, and particularly in CrossFit gyms.

Soft Flooring

Our soft flooring consists of foam tiles great for many applications. These lightweight tiles are ideal for everything from home gyms to martial arts studios and simply fit together for an easy, no-hassle installation. All you have to do is decide what thickness level works for you and your gym floor.

Gym Turf

Gym turf or sports turf has been one of the biggest driving forces in creating spaces where you can vary up your workout regimen. From pulling or pushing sleds to conditioning drills, you can get a full-body workout on a surface that is durable and easy to maintain. With real grass, there are a lot of hurdles.

Gymnastics Mats

Gymnastics mats are great for very high impact training. Commonly used for gymnastics, wrestling, and tumbling, these mats come in different surfaces that are perfect for both residential and commercial spaces. Available with carpet and vinyl surfaces, gymnastics mats are there for you and your high-impact workout.

Carpet Topped Mats

Some mats feature a carpet top that is very popular with gymnastics and cheerleading. The carpet provides a soft surface for the students to tumble and gives a little extra traction.
